Hi there!

My name is Erika Rayfield, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an emphasis in school counseling. I love working in the school system, and really love working with children and teens. I love being a part of the team where we get to support, help, and cheer on learners. It is one of my joys to help learners overcome their hurdles and celebrate their successes, helping them grow into the best possible version of themselves.  My husband and I moved to Pocatello 8 years ago, with one little girl and the plan to leave after five years. Well, here we are with no future plans to leave, and two more kids added. Life just seems to do that!  I love to read, the sunshine, and being outdoors, but not in like a camping for a week kind of outdoors, but more like playing at the park, going to the pool, sitting on my deck, or at the beach kind of way.  Being a school counselor online is different from what I am used to, but like Ted Lasso said, "Taking on a challenge is a lot like riding a horse. If you're comfortable while you're doing it, you're probably doing it wrong." I am excited to work for Snake River Opportunities and get to know you all!
