I grew up in a small rural town in Southern Idaho, where I was raised as a farm kid and learned the value of hard work early on. After graduating high school, I headed to college to begin my career in medicine. During that time, I also had the opportunity to play college and arena football, which inspired me to shift my career path toward education. That decision has shaped the rest of my life—I have now been teaching and administrating for 24 years and enjoy every moment of helping students learn, grow, and prepare for their own futures.
