Spanish 1 B

Course Description

During this year, students will begin to understand and communicate in another language. Our main focus will be on the language, but we will also explore the cultures of the Spanish speaking world. Each semester the student will have four topics of study, and learn appropriate vocabulary and language structures to have basic communications in Spanish in those limited areas. Within each language topic, students progress in the categories of listening, reading, speaking, and writing, as well as a short culture assignment.
