Expense Reimbursement
All requests for purchase during this school year must be received by the In Progress Due Date.
Budgets are intended to help meet the educational needs of each student including needs for technology, internet, curriculum, supplies, and elective supplies.
IN GENERAL, Expenses must apply to students current school courses.
Students/ Families fill out a Funds Use Request prior to purchasing any items. The SROHS team determines if the purchase meets the requirements for a qualified purchase and determines if SROHS will purchase, or if the purchase will be reimbursed.
Funding requests should be connected to courses/credits the students are enrolled in, so if you or your student are using funding for activities, they will need to be enrolled in courses to get credit for those activities.
In general, SROHS will only allow purchases for courses up to $225 in a year.
Students can roll-over $400 per year.
